Retail & Corporate Sales Manager (Office Equipment & Supplies) job opportunity is available at Ascentech Services Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Position Brief
- The job holder will be an experienced candidate who knows about Corporate & Retail businesses and can manage the daily affairs of stocks & sales of the store as well as attend to corporate sales.
- S/he should be responsible all by himself to take care of everything all by himself and related to the following responsibilities stated below.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Should have IT Products knowledge Ц HP hardware sales experience will be an advantage
- Controlling Retail sales and day-to-day operations in the store
- Ensuring Proper display of products at all times
- Invoicing & ensuring dispatch of customer goods
- Organizing special promotions, displays and events
- Multi-tasking experience with the ability to handle pressure
- Staff attendance checks
- Customer Handling and Responding to customer complaints
- Handling & Managing Corporate Sales, NGOТs with their requirements as per their standard and giving pro-formas, following up and closing sales on a daily basis
- Go out when necessary to tap the corporate market by daily sales calls, visits & follow ups
- Approaching new institutions and filling of Tenders and doing necessary follow ups to ensure we get order.
- Carry out customer profiling, understanding their needs, their market requirements and creating selling proposition in order to expand the existing customer base
- Closing sales leads & proper follow up for cold/hot deals with proper database keeping
- Man Management & on-the-job-training to other staff and team members for better and improved product knowledge
- Tracks competition closely (Range, pricing, offers, promotions) and suggests necessary action to ensure that our store remains ahead of competition at all time
- Any other work related to the above business.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- HND / B.Sc in any discipline
- IT Hardware Sales background (HP products experience) required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related function and field
- Should be result oriented and have good persuasive skills.
- Should have good analytical thinking & team management qualities
- Must be proficient in numeracy, have a good working knowledge of MS office.
- Must maintain excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, possess good team-working skills,
- Must have the ability to negotiate and demonstrate attention to detail
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer focused, and must possess ability to communicate across all levels.
- Honest & Hardworking, Energetic & Aggressive
