Receptionist/Front Desk Officer
Job Location: Enugu
Responsibilities and Attributes
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Receives the guest and answers questions in person by telephone
- Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
- Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
- Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
- Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
- Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
- Maintain client focused working environment for team.
- Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
- Responds to inquiries and refers when necessary to the appropriate official or department.
- Prepares outgoing mail, sorts and distributes incoming mails.
- Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate must possess the following:
- Minimum of OND/HND in any discipline.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be proficient in typing
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a Secretarial position is an added advantage.
Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM)
Job Location: Enugu
Responsibilities and Attributes
- Provides direct and indirect care for assigned patients in various nursing units and per scheduled shift
- Role encompasses nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients across the healthcare continuum involving families
- Managing patients with various medical cases
- Perform patient assessment using appropriate, problem focused, and age-specific assessment techniques
- Analyze the assessment data, derive nursing interventions, set priorities according to patients’ needs, formulate a plan of care, implement and evaluate the outcome
- Document all relevant data in the medical record according to hospital standards
- Treat patients and families with care and respect while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
- Involve the patient, significant others, and health care providers in the plan of care when appropriate
- Collaborate with other disciplines through multidisciplinary meetings and care conferences to facilitate patient care and operations
- Initiate appropriate discharge plan
- Recognize subtle cues to anticipate potential problems
- Demonstrate required assessment and therapeutic skills
- Implement and monitor infection control measures
- Apply safety measures related to patient care
- Operate all unit-required equipment safely
- Ensure availability and maintenance of supplies and equipment needed for the unit and patient care
- Administer medications, monitor desirable and undesirable effects and intervene appropriately
- Ensure that patients are provided with appropriate nutrition
- Manage patients with infectious diseases when applicable
- Manage pediatric patients with infectious diseases when applicable
- Strictly follow clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures set by the hospital management
- Provide emotional support and measures to alleviate fear and anxiety
- Assess patient and family readiness and identifying learning needs.
Candidate must possess the following:
- Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as staff nurse (RN) / Midwife (RM),
- Must have 2-4 years cognate clinical experience in direct patient care and a minimum of 12 months in a multiple bed hospital.
- Age: Not more than 40 years
Pharmacy Attendant/Assistant
Job Location: Enugu
Responsibilities and Attributes
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Must be able to process and fill prescriptions.
- Monitor all drug stocks
- Handling money transactions, answering phone calls, and doing clerical work in the pharmacy.
- Arrange drugs received from drugs store on the shelves.
- Repack drugs for dispensing.
- Cleaning of shelves and pharmacy premises
- Assisting customers to procure what they want under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Receiving payments from customers and having accountability for it.
- Assisting the pharmacist to manage the inventory by identifying low-stock or out-of-stock items for replenishment.
Candidate must possess the following:
- Minimum of OND/HND in any discipline.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be proficient in typing
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have basic skills in drug dispensing and counseling
- Must have good Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology
