Position Title: Sales Coordinator.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Coordinate the sales team
Monitor the progress of the team, ensure targets of sales team are met by identifying shortcomings and propose improvement.
Train and evaluate the performance of the team.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by sales team.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

OND, HND, BSc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
Proven experience a sales coordinator with the ability to constantly meet set targets will be considered a plus;
Must have 1-year work experience.
Proven experience in sales as a sales coordinator.
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to close deals and identify potential clients.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
A team player with high level of dedication and passion for the job.

REMUNERATION:-

Negotiable + 10% Commission on every sales + Other benefits.
