Position Title: Sales / Customer Service Officer.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Sales / Customer Service Officer job opportunity is available at Owens & Xley Consults for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Monitor and manage customer experiencevia phone calls and in-store.
- Receive customers into the store in a friendly and polite manner.
- Answer phone calls/online requests with an upbeat yet professional tone.
- Provide customers with detailed and updated information about products.
- Cross-sell products to customers to boost sales.
- Guide customers to shelves carrying products within the store.
- Assist customers in-store/online with making product choices that meet their needs.
- Empathically & tactically handle all customer complaints while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visually appealing retailing standards.
- Receive new deliveries into the store.
- Stock shelves with products in an aesthetically alluring way.
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Attach price tags to products on the racks and shelves.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or any related field.
- 0 – 2 years experience in Customer Service, Sales, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
REMUNERATION:-
N60,000 / month.
