DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Grow distribution width in designated sales area
- Expand distribution depth within allocated territory
- Outlet management
- Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs which includes customer queries and complaints
- Be aware of all competitive activities within the territory.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- B.Sc Degree
- Previous Sales experience with demonstrable sales track record
- Minimum of 1 year previous work experience in a rapid sales growth environment
- Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Passion for social enterprise, development of people and environment benefits
