Position Title: Secretary.

Job Station: Abuja.

INTRODUCTION:-

Secretary job opportunity is available at Throne Autos & Logistics Services for individuals who possess HND, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Typing, preparing and collating reports filing
• Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• HND, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
