Position Title: Senior Student Recruitment Manager.
Job Station: Nigeria.
INTRODUCTION:-
Senior Student Recruitment Manager job opportunity is available at Navitas Nigeria for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- This role is responsible for the implementation of the student recruitment and marketing strategy for the North American colleges across West Africa.
- This role will be responsible for pipeline management including handling of agent and student enquiries, and leads, in collaboration with the North American Business Unit and the regional team leadership.
- This role is expected to lead in stakeholder-relation activities including, but not limited to, training, events, student conversion and troubleshooting.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
The person we seek will ideally have the following:
- A University Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Experience in traveling and doing business with agencies across the West African recruitment landscape
- An individual with a proven track record of success in international student recruitment within a commercial education business e.g. pathways, languages, private universities.
- Demonstrable experience of contributing to the development and implementation of high impact marketing campaigns that drive profitable sales growth against target.
- Excellent understanding of the complexities of operating in a variety of international markets
- Strong, demonstrated relationship management skills, ideally within the Higher Education sector or a related industry that involves complex, aspirational services through a multi-channel approach.
- A strong understanding of the region market together with an understanding of the wider region
- Proven track record of driving successful recruitment strategies out of the region into the division
- Excellent understanding of the complexities of operating in a variety of international markets
