Position Title: Structural Engineer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Structural Engineer job opportunity is available at Asset and Equity Group for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Developing detailed designs
• Doing feasibility assessment and site inspections
• Preparing and implementing project plans.
• Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
• Researching and providing estimates for projects.
• Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes and regulatory compliance.
• Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
• Confidently liasing with clients and other professional subcontractors.
• Project management duties eg. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines, acquiring and compiling quotes, etc
• Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications
• Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise construction workers
• Create structural models by using computer-aided design software
• Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence
• Follow construction safety guidelines

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related Field.
• A minimum of 5 years post NYSC work experience.
• Must be COREN Certified.
• Age (27- 40 years).
