Position Title: Technician (Electrical): Electromechanical & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Services Maintenance.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Technician (Electrical): Electromechanical & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Services Maintenance job opportunity is available at Tek Experts for individuals who possess Ordinary National Diploma (OND).

Scope of Work

• Hourly / daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly routine maintenance of electromechanical & ELV systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Systems to be maintained include:

Electromechanical systems:

• 11KV / 0.45KV Transformers
• 11KV High Tension (HT) Panels with tripping charging unit
• 400V bus bar
• Synchronisation panel
• ATS panels
• Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)
• Low Voltage (LV) main panels
• LV sub panels
• Lighting systems
• Earthing system
• Lightning system

ELV Systems:

• Access & CCTV control system
• Public address system
• BMS system
• Fire Detection & Alarm System
• Analogue-addressable panel & repeater panels (Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) & Fire Suppression Panels (FSP)
• Optical smoke detectors
• Heat detectors
• Strobes and sounders
• Manual call points and / or break glass
• Rate of rise heat detectors
• Fire alarm communication with security system
• Fire alarm connection to phone dialer
• Vehicle anti-ram system
• Vehicle barrier system
• Walk-through metal detectors
• Baggage scanners

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

Education:

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and other related qualifications in disciplines related to the advertised position.
• City and Guild Technical Certificate.

Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in related roles.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suits (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) for reporting and presentation.
