Position Title: Telemarketing Executive.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Telemarketing Executive job opportunity is available at Ralds and Agate Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Engage, maintain and develop business opportunities and relationships with existing and prospective customers in person, via telephone calls or emails
• Respond promptly to all incoming email and phone enquiries; provide informed advice to customers on forthcoming service or product developments and discuss special promotions
• Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate & close deals while effectively handling complaints or objections from customers
• Prepare and deliver detailed and targeted presentations or proposal documents on the companys products and services.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Applicant must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Telemarketer / Customer Service Executive.
• Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills
• Experience in dealing with complaints and doubts
• Candidate shouldаbe confident, friendly yet professional with impressive communication skills.а
• They MUST have proven experience in successfully presenting products or services over the phone and closing deals, with quantitative record.
