DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Courses / programs:
- Project Management
- Document Control and records management
- Content development/Management
- Computer Forensic
- Customer Services
- Microsoft Project: MPP advanced & basic
- Six Sigma ( Lean): yellow, white and green belt
- Non-Destructive testing (NDTs/NDE) level 1,11 & 111.
Areas of Specialities:
- Acoustic Emission Testing (AET),
- Eddy Current Inspection,
- Ultrasonic Weld Inspection (UWI),
- Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (UTM),
- Ultrasonic Leak Detection (ULD),
- Magnetic Particles Inspection (MPI),
- Radiography testing,
- Electromagnetic Testing.
- Visual Inspection (VI))
- Corrosion Detection,
- Analyzing & Monitoring
- Pressure Testing: (hydro test)
- Tank calibration: surface/underground (TC021)
- Equipment calibration: measuring & process equipment (EC021)
- Tank (LPG, AGO, PMS) installation, inspection& Maintenances (TM021)
- Cathodic protection: installation & examination(CP021)
- After Inspection Reporting.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Graduates qualification
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven industry experience is required in the above areas.
- Ability to teach and transfer knowledge using slides and other teaching aids.
